“Since the age of 11 ( I’m much older now), I’ve known that I’ve wanted to make wedding cakes. Through life, I have gone in many different directions as an artist. I am a classically trained oboist, self-taught pastry chef, and a huge plant nerd. In 2010, while living in Indianapolis IN, I formed a wedding cake company that eventually brought me to NYC.
